How do I book an appointment?
You can book online 24/7 through our website, call us at (555) 888-0101, or visit the salon. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for color services and 1–2 weeks for bridal.
What products do you use?
We exclusively use premium, professional-grade products including Olaplex, Redken, Kerastase, and dermatologist-approved skincare for all facial treatments.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes — all color, bridal, and major service consultations are complimentary. We believe a thorough consultation is key to delivering results you'll love.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service fee.
Is parking available?
Yes — complimentary valet parking is available for all Seraphina clients. Simply let the front desk know when you arrive.
Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! Seraphina gift cards are available in any denomination and can be purchased online or in-salon. They make the perfect luxury gift and never expire.
